Crystal Square offers oversized studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + den, and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of National Landing in Arlington, VA. Our apartment homes range from 575 to 1,801 sq ft and feature multiple renovation styles (from Standard to the brand new Premium style). Interior highlights include massive floor plans, gorgeous kitchens with stainless-steel appliances and quartz-style countertops, sleek bathrooms with oversized vanities, hardwood and LVT flooring, and sophisticated lighting and hardware fixtures.

Select homes also feature exceptionally large balconies with views of the D.C. skyline, Potomac River, and Crystal City. Many of our layouts are larger than comparable apartment homes in National Landing, giving you exceptional space to live comfortably. Yes! Many of our apartment homes at Crystal Square feature large balconies with panoramic views of the D.C. skyline and the surrounding area. Availability varies by floor plan. Yes! In-home washers and dryers are included in every apartment home at Crystal Square, making laundry day as easy and convenient as possible.

All of our apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections with available local providers.

All of our kitchens feature modern appliances (including a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), with gorgeous cabinetry options in cherry, elm, espresso, gray, honey brown, maple, kona, matte white, and glossy white finish options. Crystal Square charges various fees associated with each unique lease. Our leasing team will provide a full, itemized cost sheet for the exact apartment home you’re considering before you sign your lease.

Refundable Fees

Crystal Square has unreserved parking spaces available for residents and guests in the attached parking garage. Resident parking fees are listed below:

• Unreserved Parking Space (Garage) - $100/Month (First Vehicle), $175/Month (Second Vehicle)

Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability. Our leasing team can assist with more information at any time.

Guest parking is available for free in front of the building from 9 AM - 5 PM. Overnight parking is available in the same guest spaces in front of the building from 6:05 PM to 9:05 AM and costs $20 per night. All guests must register with the front desk to receive a permit to park in our guest parking spaces either during the day or overnight. Violators will be towed.

The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease (no questions asked and no additional fees).

Crystal Square has a dedicated on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal/mobile app, or can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.

The Dweck Properties Customer Service Pledge guarantees that during weekdays, any non-emergency maintenance requests, questions, or concerns submitted will receive a personal response within two business days. If we cannot complete the non-emergency maintenance request within two business days, you will be notified of the status and when to expect resolution.

Your pets are welcome at Crystal Square! Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy. Our community also features a private dog park for your convenience.

Pentagon City shopping mall, Westpost at National Landing (formerly Pentagon Row), two Whole Foods options, Costco, and Harris Teeter are all one mile or less from our community. Crystal Square is surrounded by National Landing’s hundreds of restaurants, shops, and retail centers. Crystal Drive offers an ever-growing lineup of dining options right outside your door. Westpost at National Landing (formerly Pentagon Row) features restaurants, cafes, and an ice rink in winter. The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City is a short walk away from major retail, and everyday grocery needs are covered by Whole Foods, Costco, and Harris Teeter (all one mile or less from our community).

Several grocery stores are conveniently located near Crystal Square. Whole Foods Crystal City is just steps away, while the larger urban concept Whole Foods Pentagon City is under a mile away. Just a bit farther, Costco and Harris Teeter offer weekly shopping and bulk staples.

Residents at Crystal Square enjoy exceptional access to shopping. The Mount Vernon Trail runs right through the National Landing area, stretching 18 miles from Theodore Roosevelt Island to George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate along the Potomac River. The trail connects to the broader regional network, including the Washington & Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail and the Four Mile Run Trail, opening up miles of scenic options for cyclists, joggers, and dog walkers alike.

Gravelly Point Park is a favorite spot for watching planes land and take off at Reagan National Airport and offers wide-open green space along the Potomac River. Crystal Square is one of the most transit-friendly communities in Northern Virginia. The Crystal City Metro station (Blue and Yellow lines) is an elevator ride from your front door, and the Pentagon City Metro station is a short walk away. Our community is also directly across the street from a free Pentagon shuttle and near extensive Arlington County bus routes. With Crystal Drive’s walkable retail and dining, many residents find a car entirely optional.

The Crystal City Metro station is steps from Crystal Square (with direct elevator access from the building), served by the Blue and Yellow lines. The Pentagon City Metro station is also a short walk away. From Crystal City, downtown D.C. (including Foggy Bottom, L’Enfant Plaza, and the National Mall) is about 15 minutes, and Reagan National Airport is just one stop away.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately 1 mile from Crystal Square (about a 5-minute drive or one Metro stop from Crystal City station). For residents who travel frequently, this is one of the most accessible airport locations in the entire D.C. metro area.

Yes! The Crystal City Virginia Railway Express (VRE) station is within walking distance of our community. The VRE provides rail service from downtown Washington, D.C. to major Virginia suburbs along the I-66 and I-95 corridors, making it an excellent option for regional commuters. Combined with Metro, bus, and airport access, Crystal Square offers one of the most connected transit locations in Northern Virginia.

Crystal Square partners with Volo Sports leagues to offer free spaces for our residents to play on teams at nearby locations, such as the Club Volo beach volleyball courts and bowling at Lucky Strike.

Our Preferred Employer Program supports local public service and community-serving professionals. The program offers a 3% rent concession and a waived application fee for eligible applicants with the following professions:

• Firefighters
• Police
• Any school personnel (teachers, admin, custodial, etc.)
• EMS/EMT (Emergency Medical Services/Technicians)

In order to qualify for the discount:

• The professional must live and work in the same county/city as our community
• Applicants must provide proof of employment via a paystub or otherwise
• If another special discount is offered for the apartment home you’d like to rent, you can choose that special pricing or the 3% discount, but not both

Crystal Square is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means that we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations. Given our proximity to the Pentagon, Fort Myer, and Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, this is an especially popular benefit for our residents. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
