Jason Eman - Property Manager

As the Property Manager, Jason oversees the daily operations of Crystal Square and ensures that everything in our community runs smoothly. From managing resident needs to coordinating maintenance and vendors, Jason is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every resident feels valued. When he’s not taking care of the community, he’s focused on mastering that ‘perfect game,’ approaching life with the same dedication and fun he brings to the community.

Ricardo Pritchett – Assistant Property Manager

As the Assistant Property Manager, Ricardo brings an approachable, hands-on style to everything he does. Whether it’s guiding new residents through move-in, helping with renewals, or answering day-to-day questions, he makes every interaction simple, clear, and stress-free - ensuring residents always feel at home. When he's not ensuring smooth operations at Crystal Square, he's embracing the vibrant energy of life, embodying the philosophy of "playing mas" - living joyfully and authentically, just like the spirited Carnival celebrations of his Caribbean roots.

Mona Williams – Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, Mona brings warmth, expertise, and a genuine love for connecting with people at Crystal Square. With decades of experience in property management and starting with Dweck Properties in 2011, she has a talent for helping residents find their perfect apartment home and building relationships that last. Mona’s dedication shines through, making every interaction welcoming and personal. Outside of work, she is a proud grandmother of three and a passionate classical guitarist, blending her love of music and life into everything she does.

Jared Watkins – Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, Jared brings enthusiasm, empathy, and a passion for helping people find their perfect apartment home at Crystal Square. Having been with Crystal Square for four years – he’s built strong relationships with residents and prospects alike. One of his favorite moments was helping a couple from Japan settle into their new home, complete with a thoughtful surprise of familiar snacks to make them feel welcome. Outside of work, Jared channels his creativity and drive into his own clothing brand and enjoys perfecting his bowling game.

Tonia Randolph – Concierge Manager

As the Concierge Manager, Tonia brings warmth, energy, and a personal touch to every interaction at Crystal Square. With over six years at Dweck Properties, including more than four years at Crystal Square, she has become an integral part of the community, known for her attentiveness to residents – and their furry friends. Tonia’s dedication and professionalism were recognized when she won the 2024 Concierge Manager Operational Excellence Award. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, crocheting, knitting, candle making, and all kinds of DIY projects, infusing her creativity into every aspect of her life.

Kris Taylor – Maintenance Supervisor

As the Maintenance Supervisor, Kris brings expertise, dedication, and a hands-on approach to keeping Crystal Square running smoothly. With over five years at Dweck Properties and Crystal Square, he ensures that all systems operate efficiently and safely for all residents. Kris takes pride in proactive maintenance, addressing issues before they escalate, and keeping the property in excellent condition, knowing his work directly impacts residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking up something delicious, and gaming online with friends.

Behzad Yazdanpanah – Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

As the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, Behzad plays a key role in keeping Crystal Square running seamlessly behind the scenes. Having worked at the property for over 22 years and more than eight years with Dweck Properties, his deep knowledge and dedication ensure that every detail is taken care of before residents even notice a need. What brings him the most satisfaction is when a new resident moves in and everything works perfectly – a quiet sign that he’s done his job right.

Daniel Kelekile - Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, Daniel brings creativity, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for helping people at Crystal Square. With over a decade at Dweck Properties, he has "seen a lot of change and a lot of light bulbs" - he takes pride in delivering great customer service and making every resident's day a little easier. One of his favorite moments was helping a resident whose appliance wasn't working, only to discover it was simply unplugged - a quick fix that turned stress into shared laughter. Outside of work, he loves playing soccer with his kids - staying active, having fun, and creating memories along the way.

James Wright - Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, James brings decades of expertise and a steady, dependable presence to Crystal Square. With over 30 years at Dweck Properties, he's known for his specialty in heating and air conditioning - tackling any HVAC work order with skill and enthusiasm. James also enjoys sharing his knowledge with the team, teaching what he's learned throughout his long career. He admits he has a soft spot for residents who bring treats, especially anything sweet. Outside of work, James is all about drag racing and his beloved '68 Camaro - though he jokes that only his granddaughter can compete for the top spot in his heart.
